A coaching education trip is created especially for you—the youth coaches! Lasting anywhere from 3 days to a full week, these trips take your coaching team abroad to explore youth football and academy systems in another country.
Each day offers a new experience at a different youth academy. You’ll tour facilities, observe and analyze training sessions across age groups, watch friendly matches, attend presentations on academy philosophy, and join Q&A sessions with staff in various roles.
By visiting academies at different professional levels, you’ll gain valuable insights into youth football at your destination. You’ll return home with fresh ideas, practical inspiration for your own academy, and meaningful new connections in the world of youth football.
